X Multiply is our 10 year vision to ignite a disciple making movement that changes the world.
Our Why
From the beginning the dream in God’s heart has been for people to know Him. To really know him. This is the story of the scriptures. From Eden to Calvary God has gone to great lengths to run after his runaway creation.
That’s the good news, but here’s the tragedy…
5.5 billion people who walk around every day not knowing the love, freedom and life found in Jesus.
Did you know that of those 5.5 billion people, 3 billion of them will die without ever hearing the story?
We are 10 years away from celebrating the 2000 year anniversary of Jesus’ Great Commission mandate.
The clock is ticking.
The time is now.
We are supposed to be The Church.
The light in the darkness.
The hope of the world.
The time is now.

We pray that in 2033 this can be said of our Church:
To know Jesus, follow Jesus, & lead others to do the same is our greatest passion.
In eager anticipation of the 2000-year anniversary of the Great Commission, we’ve multiplied.
We’ve become a non-stop house of prayer who truly believes His presence is better than life.
We’ve ignited a disciple-making movement with a culture of deep, spiritual formation across every life stage that’s full of grace and truth. “Who’s your 3” is now common language.
Our cities have heard about the beauty of Jesus, as evidenced by the 344,869 bold gospel conversations.
We’ve celebrated 365 baptisms every year, as Jesus adds to our number day-by-day those who are being saved.
Fully dependent on the Spirit of Jesus, darkness is pushed back, and the Kingdom of Light is advancing. People are being loved, the poor are being served, and the prisoners are being set free in Jesus’ name.
We’ve gone to the nations. We’ve engaged 5 unreached people groups, planted 5 international churches, and sent 100 mission trips around the world.
We’ve impacted the NowGen with over 100,000 kids & students experiencing Jesus at camp.
We’ve equipped the saints for ministry with over 100 future leaders trained through our Leadership Development Program.
We’ve become a movement of 10 campuses/church plants that are Jesus-centered, discipleship-driven, and transformation-focused houses of worship.
And we’ve generously given whatever it takes to see Jesus' Great Commission realized and to live into a story way bigger than ourselves.
We have songs that tell our story, some scars from the journey, but so much joy in our hearts because we know Jesus is infinitely worth it.
The 10 Initiatives
-
Jesus said, “My house will be called a House of Prayer” (Matthew 21:13). Paul said, “Pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17). The early Church “devoted themselves to prayer” (Acts 2:42). We have a vision to be a people who never stop praying.
By 2033, we see a 365 prayer movement happening across all our campuses. We see prayer rooms that are daily open and occupied. We see every future campus with a prayer room as a part of the campus design. We see happening two times annually our House of Prayer teaching series to teach you how to pray the way Jesus taught His disciples. Prayer will continuously be an integral part of all our Sunday services. Prayer teams will be trained, equipped, and ready to pray for you at the end of every gathering. We see: quarterly prayer nights, online live prayer sessions, Church-wide seasons of prayer & fasting, and strategic prayer for the lost, our mission partners, and the nations. We see prayer services with morning, midday, and evening prayer. We see more people coming to believe that Jesus' presence is more precious than life.

Equip X is a discipleship formation journey that helps you to know Jesus by teaching you to be with Jesus, follow Jesus to become like Jesus, and lead others to do the same to advance Jesus’ Kingdom. Equip X groups are made up of 1 disciple maker and 3 disciples. The group meets weekly, for 90 minutes, for a minimum of 1 year, for deep spiritual formation. The primary objective of the group is for the 3 disciples to be equipped to become disciple makers. This happens when each disciple begins to lead 3 other people through Equip X the following year and every year after that. We see Equip X becoming the driving force behind everything we do. Prayer is the engine driving this movement, but Equip X is the frame. We see “Who’s your 3?” becoming a common question disciple makers ask each other. The only requirement for going through Equip X is that you’ve first been through Equip. Equip X is a repeatable disciple making process that will allow us to see a movement of multiplying disciples happen throughout our church and around the world. If you are ready to pursue the fullness of what Jesus has for you, Equip X is for you.

We believe the bold proclamation of the Gospel still has power to save (Romans 1:16). We believe a necessary part of fulfilling the great commission is sharing the Gospel (Matthew 24:14). We believe the primary way God saves is through the sharing and responding to the Gospel message (Romans 10:9-13). Over the next 10 years, we want to be obedient to engage in 344,869 Bold Gospel Conversations. Where did this number come from? 344,869 is the population of every person in Milton, Alpharetta, Canton, Cumming, Roswell, and Sandy Springs. While we know that in the future we will have campuses in other cities, these are the primary cities that make up our Church at the start of the vision. This number demonstrates our commitment to tell every person in our cities about the good news of Jesus. We see this happening strategically through City Serve, Awake Now, Neighborhood engagement, utilizing spiritual surveys, our Reach Team, and 1 on 1 conversations. You will be able to log your Gospel conversations through a tool we have designed, measuring Gospel presentation and invitation. This will allow us to intentionally follow up with people and track our progress towards our cities hearing about the beauty of Jesus. It’s time to put the mission of Jesus back in the hands of everyday people.

The early church saw God add to their number day by day those being saved (Acts 2:47). We long to see our commitment to prayer, disciple making, and bold gospel conversations result in lost people coming to faith in Jesus every single day. There are 365 days in a year. If 10 years from now we see 365 baptisms annually across all our campuses this would symbolically represent that every day people are meeting Jesus.

Jesus said the poor you will always have with you (Matthew 26:11). James said true religion is caring for widows and orphans (James 1:27). Jesus said, “whatever you have done for the prisoner you have done for me” (Matthew 25:40). It will be impossible for us to elevate the name of Jesus without caring for the least of these.
Over the next 10 years, we will give $1,000,000 away to serve the poor, the orphan, the unborn, and the widow. We will partner to see 1,000 women and girls set free from trafficking in Jesus' name. We will see foster homes opened and orphans adopted and partner to end the generational cycles of poverty in Clarkston.

We’ve engaged 5 unreached people groups, planted 5 international churches, and sent 100 mission trips around the world.
(5) Unreached People Groups: An unreached or least-reached people is a people group among which there is no indigenous community of believing Christians with adequate numbers and resources to evangelize this people group without outside assistance. This means there is less than or equal to 5% Christian Adherent AND less than or equal to 2% Evangelical (Joshua Project). For us, engaging an unreached people group means that at least 2 of these 3 things have happened: A Bible has been translated into that people group's language, a long term worker has been placed in that people group, and/or an indigenous multiplying community of Jesus followers has been established.
Where we are going: INDIA, INDONESIA, BANGLADESH, NEPAL, ARABIAN PENINSULA, SUDAN, SOMALIA.
(5) International Churches: Potential locations: Belgium, Egypt, Panama, Moldova, & Brazil.
100 Mission Trips - We believe in the multidimensional impact of sending people on mission the right way. These trips will be local as well as global. We will work locally with our partners in Clarkston to reach the nations that have been brought to us. Additionally, we will send mission teams all over the world. Our focus will be holistic ministry that empowers and supports indigenous people, works through the local church, and prioritizes disciple making and gospel proclamation.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me” (Matthew 19:14). The Psalmist says, “One generation shall commend your works to another,” and “don’t let me die until I tell the next generation about your greatness” (Psalm 145:4 & 71:18). Jesus and the Psalmist knew what they were talking about. According to BARNA studies, 94% of adult Christians made the decision to follow Jesus before the age of 18. There is a clear, critical, Kingdom window in a person's life and it’s before the age of 18. One of the most effective ways for reaching kids & students is Camp. We’ve seen Camp lead to more decisions for Jesus, baptisms, and students being called to ministry than anything else. We want to see 100,000 kids and students experience Camp Arrowhead, PAUSE, The Escape, and Awake Now over the next 10 years. The future of the Church depends on it.

There is a leadership crisis in the Church at large. Pastors and leaders have left ministry at an alarming rate over the last decade. We believe much of that is due to a lack of effective leadership development. We want to equip future leaders with the spiritual rhythms, theological training, leadership skills and practical ministry experience to lead the Church forward. The Church will face hard times in the days ahead. Culture will get darker, truth will be more opposed, and secularism will continue to rise. We need strong, deeply developed leaders to lead us through the storm. We feel a great sense of responsibility to develop the leaders who will pastor and lead in your children and grandchildrens Church. We see this happening primarily through our year-long residency program called our LDP (Leadership Development Program). If you care at all about what kind of pastor you and your family have, then you should care about this program!

Ephesians tells us that it’s been God’s secret plan since the beginning of time to show the greatness, beauty, and glory of who he is through the Church (Ephesians 3:7-13). Jesus said, “I will build my church and the gates of hell can’t stop it” (Matthew 16:18). The scriptures call the Church Jesus’ body, house, and bride. The Church sits at the very center of God’s master plan, and the Church is the supreme object of God’s love. Jesus died to prove his love for the Church (Ephesians 5:31-32). Lifeway research reports new Campuses and Church plants reach more lost people than anything else. As we multiply disciples, reach the lost, develop leaders, and reach the NowGen, we will multiply the Church. We have a vision to multiply the Stonecreek/Elevate City DNA with additional campuses around the metro Atlanta area as well as selflessly train and launch autonomous church plants with no benefit to us except the glory of King Jesus! We see us with 5-6 campuses and having launched 4-5 church plants by 2033.
We truly believe generosity is golden and that expanding Jesus’ kingdom matters so much more than our own. We never want to lose sight of the Kingdom at large. The Church of Jesus is the hope of the world.

The early church was so in love with Jesus and so devoted to the mission that they gave whatever it took to make it happen (Acts 2:45). We have a vision for being that same kind of Church. The generosity of our Heavenly Father, displayed in Him giving us His son Jesus, compels us to give our lives for the good of others.
By 2033, we see our Church being debt free with multiple campuses. We see 10% of our budget going out to missions, partners, and to serve the least of these. We see our Church experiencing financial freedom through Financial Peace University. We see 100% of people engaged in sacrificial Kingdom generosity.
